Reflections on Ray’s Fall: A Poetic Journey

In moments of wisdom, flaws I see,
Salt paths bright as the sun rises free,
Runners’ feet pound the pavement with might,
Symbol of strength, determination as bright.

Labourer outweighs bricks, without creams,
Tireless toiler, worth beyond means,
Pigeon’s appetite, sated in solitude,
Pales before the rickshaw puller’s plenitude.

By God’s grace, he earns a few pennies,
Excelling in exercise, unmatched by any,
Jones trades his way through struggles each day,
His worth is not to be measured by the little pay.

Let’s show respect to workers unseen,
Appreciate efforts, regardless of the green,
Hard work is worth more than gold’s shine,
The Gratitude, a balm to the soul divine.
