Flowers have reasons

To you I'm grateful!
To you I’m grateful!

“You owe me a hundred rupees,”
She told me while on call,
I replied “for a fairy reason,
Might it be?”
She said, “of course, I’m a fairy, but not for such a good reason.”
She insisted, “we might be couples tomorrow,”
“But who knows whether we say goodbye today only? ”
I replied, “true, but what do you mean to convey?”
She reminded me, “You were looking deep black that day.”
I responded, “Yup, but only I wore black clothes. That doesn’t mean I was black.”
“That is why I like you,” she smiled.
“Hope, I am good going as per your expectations,” I asserted.
She said, “I reserve all the right to get upset with you.”
I was worried, “but why should you be?”
She said, “you should have asked instead what you should have done to refresh my mood and re-energize myself with you.”
I asked, “Okay, tell me?”
She smiled and concluded, “Flowers have all the reasons to build relationships and keep them intact throughout.”
I realized, “Oh, my bad! I must have gifted you a bunch of flowers in each meeting with you.”
She laughed and said, “Worth a hundred in each meeting. Be sure,”
I nodded. “As you say, my goddess, I’m committed to this from now on.”

We shall be together forever!

My Salute to My Love -Bond Of Separation

My salute to my love.
I admire our love right from the start.

Hey, listen!
You wounded waves
I would present thine the praise
You aren’t the ocean bays
You are my wondrous face.

I step on the sandy paths,
Sign on Sabina’s phrase
“Halt my motion forwarding
Or instead, colour my distant chase.

Sabina darling! Take my bow
You are so colossal and yet hollow
Possessing the beauty of lady fern
Let me sink into your wounded pea.

Let your master watch,
Write on my foreheaded scorch
“Terms on your bath,
I would rest my body in your clutch.”

I’m far but not away.

The Silent Sparrow!

The silent sparrow possesses a golden heart.
If only I could demand happiness for one and all.

I make my house myself,
To keep my children safe,
I go around the day,
To collect rare foods.

I leave my bed at dawn,
And lay back in bed at dusk,
Some good people feed me,
rest, I keep on wandering and eating.

But you know I chirp a bare,
unlike the other birds,
I don’t have the strength to oppose,
The irritating herds.

I demand water by asking,
“chirrup” as politely as I can,
A lady in a small cottage
comes out and provides.

Even sometimes, a crow,
snatches my meal,
I don’t perceive how to fight,
I leave the place,
and search out a new treasure around.

I am much concerned,
About my kids who miss me,
in the nest around the clock,
I pray to God,
To give that old woman,
Everything she wishes,
As she is my living god,
who cares about my appetite.

She is the one I trust,
must be adored by,
thousands of humans,
Inside their temples.

She is the one I believe,
Must have educated others,
To look after us poor,
And weak birds.

I, but can’t fight,
With my goddess,
who knows that as like her?
Children, I also have some,
In my home.

I wake up every morning,
and visit fifty-odd homes,
Of which, just a few of them,
Throughout the year,
Do like to feed us,
do like to care.

The Silent Sparrow possesses a golden heart.

Farewell -Bond of Separation

We are not finished just separated, Farewell!
We are not finished just separated, Farewell!

Hey, shout! my dear

      For the villain's cheer,
      My rose has fallen,
      Over here.
      I descend the steps,
      To take you there,
      But over here,
      You will find a mare.
      A mare will,
      Though represent,
Tend to be a deadly fare.
      Hey, shout! my dear,
      Though not shout,
      For you will make,
      A sudden-ed pout.
      My soul will though remain,
      Not with you, I ascertain,
It will rest in the peace of yours,
      The wider you spread,
      You may make it browse,
      But with peace I claim,
For the sake of Karan's name.

Off I Go, You Wild Wind!

The powerful and wild wind.
I salute your power, but do all of us?

It is summer around the corner
telling the truths that winters lied about
Having sun just seemed a brief fantasy
Now, otherwise, it will just roast us and shout.

I never believed that miracles happen
But it so happens when god is around
And you know He’s just immersed
into this doom-shaped body and everything it surrounds.

A no-man land I saw on TV, do you even think he’s not there?
Do you indeed think, ghosts rule that place?
Do you even think, It’s the no better fare?

I doubt and shout, and I put forth
My opinion and belief in my roots
That wherever there is a tiny atom,
There can but nothing to be it without the lord.

When you look, at a cat fighting a dog
I know it would be rare
But in most cases, it does for its kitten
Look at the intrepidity, it bears.

When you look, at a tree cut down
Or a flower petal being tipped off
Or Potatoes being collected for sale
don’t you feel they had lives like ours?
If vegans don’t feed the flesh, Do you feel they don’t consume bodies?

You know, nature and
The bounties it shares
Are way supremer than a man’s power
A man tries to call himself the ruler
But he merely cannot re-create this world.

To give just a minor piece of evidence of this
What if they followed winters by
a week-long wild wind?
How long do the most commanding persons sustain?
At least they will have to bear the repercussions
Of a long-time hubris, that man has put in the pocket
and the vivid anguish of the supreme lord.

I Deny -Bond Of Separation

I deny your departure, my other self.
I deny your departure, my other self

On the red rose, I wrote
A man’s sacrifice story
And through my vocals and throat
I distributed it in my assembly.

I rearranged the melody,
I rediscovered the aftermath
Re-appealed my past
But couldn’t reimpose the reprimand.

A petal broke when
I headed towards the end
The stem bent down when
I imagined your bloodshed trend.

The suddenness of my words
Led to the cleverness of you
It is easy to leave
Someone who’s Mary Sue.

But I don’t trust if
I let you go then,
I can follow you till
The Lover’s very heaven.

‘Wealth’ Defined

My aim is simple, that is to create wealth!
My aim is simple, that is to create wealth!

“It’s because all I know is wealth
and none else,”
The quote that feeds
most of our ambitions to work
Yet you know that you are
never much close to infinite
wealth, sometimes you surrender
your good health.

What if I’d be none of
an educated person,
a creative writer,
an active listener,
a firm believer,
always a trip-maker,
a polite human,
a generous Sikh
Would you still have faith
On my wealth?
Would you be a father
and hand over your daughter to me for life?
Would you being a brother
Even may you like to call me one?
Would you being a sister
Call me at your family functions?
Just because I have a wealth
But not any distinct personality trait.

Wealth is as easy for some,
For some, it comes as harsh
as in a lifetime.
Well, if it is as at ease to me,
Maybe I would have rested myself
For life, or would have got imprisoned
for using it unlawfully.
But, unfortunately
None of the above two scenarios
would have made me respected
In society, It will only possibly be
“When all I know is improving
Myself every moment and
enjoy what work I do every day,
Upon working hard along with
my hard-earned traits,
would earn me actual wealth.
That is not by far monetary
wealth but indeed social wealth.”

Also, as proposed by Maslow
In his theory of “hierarchy of needs,”
Wealth is merely a means
To fulfill the needs,
But honestly, we live, by
and along with society at large

Change is evident!

Accept the change and move on.
Accept the change and move on.

Unknown cities
Empty afternoons
Big buildings
Vacant corners
Make a day.

Here is shine
Non-setting light
Outside there is dark
You are alone.

The journey is unknown
Why would you stop?
When there is an unknown craze
Among other creatures to
Subdue a human.

If human stops
He gets consumed
Those who consume him
are a little wiser
Only you have to
Brighten your way
with your resistance to
all types of stoppages
The moment you stop
You’ll vanish.

We see that today afternoon is
ultimately leading to today’s night
If you keep momentum to walk down
this time tomorrow morning must
be waiting for you to take full charge.

A Navy Of Roses!

For you may not fear anything!

A deadly speaker climbed onto the dying stage,

Many sages formed a bond of love,

One and the other adoring the majestic,

Until he flew, a blade ripped.

“My god! Oh! God.” was echoed over there,

But with silence in one’s ear,

Who could dare to take that call?

It was the biggest solemn doubt of all.

“I will ask once more.”

“My sword will bite one of yours…”

Two or three or even four,

Until he responded with the utmost shore.

“My god. I am present,”

“I will follow your crescent.”

With his name out then,

He pressed mercy on Ambrose.

Then with a shutter sound,

The red master turned alive,

He showed up and asked for one more,

It caused somebody back from the door.

Then there rose another,

He wanted to show a new path,

His name suggested,

and enforced religion for rest.

He too followed the knife’s tear,

The third got up with a dare,

So, he mixed strength with us,

All to show the chapter’s lust.

My god then revealed it there,

“The knife you see wants you here,”

Then as his will may work,

dedicated learner rose.

Then the last call took place,

And the master introduced,

Pupil master in prose,

Thus, he made us immune to fighting foes.

He did his job,

And published this navy robe,

They brought us, the Khalsa,

And all sparrows turned scouts!

A navy that grows by bravery

Power of a “No” (Published at Masticadores India)

You need to fight for your existence and gradually you learn about the power of a "No".
You need to fight for your existence.

I am happy to announce that my poem Power of a “No” is featured at MasticadoresIndia. I would love to acknowledge Terveen Gill and the team at MasticadoresIndia for their support throughout.

Often I see
“yes” accomplishes the trick
Be it in a love-propose
Or be it in hiring.

Advancing to the next stage
How often do you see
That “No” decides
the outcome?

Kindly follow this link to read the rest of the poem.

Spare some time to follow MasticadoresIndia and share the post evenly.

Kindly shower your divine blessings.
